Using this site

Sloth De-Energy is a brand of Sasquatch Labs Inc. References to “Sloth,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to Sasquatch Labs Inc. You may use the Sloth De-Energy website for lawful personal and commercial shopping purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.

Products & product information

We work to keep product descriptions, materials, sizes, flavors, ingredients, nutrition information, images, availability, and pricing accurate. Packaging, garment blanks, and small production details can change. The physical can is the controlling source for current beverage ingredient, nutrition, allergen, and use information. Merch is made to order, and screen colors or on-site mockups can vary slightly from the finished item.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or unusually large quantities. If we cancel after charging you, we refund the affected amount.

Prices, taxes & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown or calculated during checkout. You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the order total.

Subscriptions

If you choose a recurring subscription, the checkout flow identifies the recurring price and cadence before you place the order. Subscription charges repeat using your saved payment method until you skip, change, or cancel according to the options in your account or subscription-management link. Changes made after an order has already entered fulfillment may apply to the next shipment.

Shipping, delivery & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier delays can happen after an order leaves our hands.

Promotions & discount codes

Promotions can have additional terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or quantity limits. Unless a promotion says otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended where permitted by law.

Our content & trademarks

The Sloth De-Energy name, logos, can designs, copy, illustrations, photography, graphics, layout, and other site content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or create confusingly similar branded materials without permission.

You are, however, fully authorized to quote “this could've been an email” in your own workplace. Humanity already owns that one.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, mapping services, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Disclaimers & limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every site error will be caught immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Sloth De-Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or an order. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
